Tire flipping is not for the faint of heart or the beginner. Proper form and posture are extremely important. If done correctly, though, this exercise can be just as effective as a dead lift, incorporating and pushing almost every muscle in the body to the max. This tire would likely be on the smaller side of tires that would be used for flipping: some extremely large tires weigh as much as 625 lbs.
