You may not know this, but a public surplus auction is a really great way to score an amazing deal on all types of boats and marine vessels (is that the right word? We don’t know but it sounds cool). Anyway, we came across this 1997 Boston Whaler Guardian vessel and just had to tell you guys all about it! It’s got an estimated use of about 3640 hours and measures 22 feet long. It sports a 225 HP Salt water Optimax Mercury outboard motor. We should probably mention that this boat does need a bid of work such as a bit of fiberglass damage and the cleats and canvas top need replacing. The trade-off however, is the insanely low price. As of right now, the current bid is just $9,700 with 15 bids and a little over a day remaining. Not bad for a boat that needs a bit of work to sail the high seas again.
